Instructions
  1. Bring 2 cups of spring water to a boil with a pinch of sea salt
  2. Add 1 cup of rye flakes cover and reduce heat. Allow them to cook for 15 minutes. Stir them a few times. Towards the end add ginger, clove, and agave
  3. Layer your jar with rye flakes and toppings
